lexus nx200t 2015. the cd player in my car jammed with cd in and stopped working. how can i fix it without having to go to a mechanic. please not that it doesnt sense the disc.

 

Given that it's a 2015, I'm guessing it's still under basic warranty? Repair should be covered if you didn't force anything. Give a call to your nearest Lexus dealership and see what they say.

If you don't want to bring it to a dealership or garage, you'll probably have to remove the centre console to get to the CD player out (good luck)...

 

The loading mechanism on the cd player is very complicated, i would take it to a dealer/mechanic, almost guaranteed to do some damage if you go in there not knowing what you are doing.

 

I thought my 2016 NX 200T Fsport has only 1 cd. Does your NX has 6 disc changer?

 

Updated my post to fix the error, it is 1 disc, i was thinking about my is350 at the moment i typed that, regardless whether its 1 or 6, its not fun going into the cd player.
