I just ordered my new Lexus at the dealer. One dealer said it had to be shipped from Japan and it won't come in until end of November. I emailed Lexus and they said mid October.
The Lexus dealer I ordered from says end of October. Does anyone know how long it takes to get shipped from Japan. This is my first post so bear with me.

Nope. Just go with your dealer on this one.

 

I'm also considering to place an order.....I was told it takes at least 120 days....the dealer can only place orders at a certain time of the month, so there will be more extra days or weeks involved.
Sometimes they can find one with your specs which has been previously ordered then you'll have it sooner.....or coming from another dealer's stock.

 

Hi, I went to another Lexus dealer over the weekend. He didn't know I had already ordered one a couple of weeks ago. He said if I ordered now, I could get one at the end of November. If I did not preorder I would have to wait until end of December. It is my feeling that it is whatever on the truck when it arrives or ship. I understood that if I ordered a special one i.e. with the all round camera, that could take 120 days. I am hoping for sometime end of October.

 

Well I tried using VIN number but that did not work on these site, I was able to find by dealer so I am hoping one of the cars that just left for delivery on 4/29 leaving from niagara falls to Philly will be here this week
