When you bought the car, it should have come with a novel, a book, about a poor child from Mexico, who was forced to fix car headlamps to earn enough to feed himself. The name of the novel is Manual. You should be able to read about how poor Manual did it, and you can follow him.

For each light you want to replace, find the bulb type in the owner's manual, then search (online, maybe Google) for other bulbs that are the color of light you want, maybe LED. For some of the lights - like sun visor lights, cargo area lights, etc. - there are other threads here that discuss these.

Your request "I want to replace all the lights" is too complicated to be answered here.

I think OP wants to know how to replace the "high beam" bulbs.

It's a matter of unplugging the harness, and twisting the bulb to get the bulb out. It should be in the owner's manual.
If not, look up any you tube videos on how to replace high beam.

There is a previous discussion of this here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/nx-...high-beam.html

For the record, I Googled "lexus nx replace high beam" and it was the first result.

Sorry, sir, you should probably seek help in your area from someone who knows how to do this then. Any good car guy (or gal) should be able to do it pretty quickly.

It's interesting what you can learn when referring to Manual...
