A couple weeks ago I took my NX in to my dealer for the TSB recall on the emergency brake.
I noted on the way home they had filled up my gas tank ! 👍

I'm in Canada, so that doesn't seem likely. I think they called it Lexus Touch service.

I think in Canada, what loaner car you are getting depends on availability as well as which rental company the dealership gets the loaner cars from. For the Lexus dealership I go to, 9.5 out of 10 times I get a Lexus loaner car. I also got Rav 4 and even a Corolla.

Even if I get a Lexus loaner, it is either an IS or a ES. Some Lexus dealerships in my area provides a NX or even a GS.

All I say is if Lexus Canada wants to improve service experience or improve the brand, they should sort of standardize all dealerships need to provide Lexus only loaner cars. It is also a way for customers to stay loyal to its brand, not to confuse Toyota and Lexus quality.

I came across an Infiniti in Greater Toronto Area that they only provide Infiniti loaners and not Nissan cars.

Our Lexus dealership in Ft. Myers Fl. has serviced us well, for the last few years. Only time we got our tank filled with gas though, is by purchasing a new car!

Just got my 1yr, e brake service campaign done, did get the gas fill up
My front passenger window have this weird discoloration, glass is smooth inside and out so I think it is a defect but dealer say its cosmetic and not covered under Lexus basic warranty. i called Lexus and they say the same but will open a case for me and see what they can do.
I have this rattle somewhere left rear door/seatbelt assembly
area. They cant really pinpoint it so they remove the plastic under the seat and padded it. It did not help but left scuff marks on the plastic and some part of the seat.
They rotated the tires and I notice the wheels are scratched/scuffed a bit. The wheels had no scratches. I know I clean the car every few days.
ah, I hate bringing the car in the dealer., something always go wrong.

Default Gas Fill

Lexus policy is to fill the gas tank when a vehicle is brought in for a recall.
