Default My vote is "Sport Mode" all the time

I drive in "Sport Mode" all the time. Unfortunately have to turn *** every time to "Sport". My daughter's RX stays in Sport once selected.

Anyway "Sport Mode" gives way better gas milage. The little 4 doesn't shift so soon resulting in no lugging. I noticed being in 3rd gear at 30 mph and then trying to accelerate in lug mode.

I'm getting 20 mpg in city. Don't drive much freeway but maybe this summer on vacation.

Try it for a tank and you'll see I have jus

Sport mode only. No other reason for the other modes to even exist.

Sport mode only also. I have no tolerance for having to depress accelerator half way to the floor to get moving.

I'm still driving in ECO mode until the engine is broken in.

Unlike our Q3, which did have a break-in period, I was told the NX had no such requirement, so I've been driving in Sport almost full-time. The only time it is not in Sport is in stop-and-go and bumper-to-bumper traffic when I'll put it in ECO mode for less response to pedal pressure and smoother short bursts of acceleration......and perhaps better fuel mileage.

I'm just going by the owner's manual which talks about both a brake and engine breaking in period.
