Yesterday I had the brake hold software update performed on my NX 200T. For some reason, apparently to facilitate the update in some way, the service tech placed a dark film over the mirror automatic sensor. When I picked up my car all 3 mirrors all turned dark while in the auto sensor mode, but not when turned off. The tech had no answer to the problem. Today I discovered the film over the sensor and removed it, and now the mirror works correctly. Just a heads up in case this happens to you. It drove me bat**** crazy.

umm that's weird I had mine serviced and didn't noticed anything out of normal.

Same here. Had the update done. No problems.

Strange, no reason to cover anything for any software update.

Only useful when calibrating something.

I suspect the tech confused procedural steps with another process.
