Hello,

Looking to get this tire size (255/55/18) for the stock rims, or even 255/45/18. My goal is to get wider tires, but avoid making the car any higher than it currently is. So I'm guessing 255/45 is the way to go?

Can anyone share more photos with these sizes; 255/55 and 255/45? Thank you in advance.

255/45R18 will be way too small, almost 5” smaller. If you want 0% increase in circumference, you will need 245/55R18. 255/55R18 is 10mm larger than stock, and is nearly negligible. Several of us have the 255/55R18 with no issues at all.

Before answering your question, I would like to make a statement, You know 2015-2021 Lexus NX 200t is 4cyl "rav4 engine with a turbo" right ? why do you want wide wheels ? unless you buy the new 2023 Lexus NX 350 Fsport, they now have 2.4L turbo engine makes 275hp full sport.
In general, Toyota Rav4 and Lexus NX are GIRLY's cars ! my Mom,sister, girlfriend, wife, kids drives it.

To answer your custom wheel question ! there are 3 options for Lexus NX, OEM Wheelbase = 225/60/18.
1. "255/50/18" All around
2. "275/45/18" All around
3. "Front 255/50/18" Rear 275/45/18"
NOTE*
- Your speed will be 1mph less than or more than OEM, that is normal.
- Your ground clearance will be -0.100% to -0.400% Less than OEM, THIS IS PERFECT. "You don't want RUBBING"
Yep, I always **** people off before I answer their questions, I rarely post on here because of the haters, don't hate me ok, if you need anything or your Mechanic ARGUE, tell him to talk on here.
