18" oem LS430 wheels
xmas came a little early for my 1st gen:
The problem is that they're only 7.5" wide. I've been looking for tires online and the only tire sizes that fit 18 x 7.5 are 225/45/18 and 245/45/18. Can i get away with putting either 235/40/18 or 245/40/18 - or would that be dangerous? I was leaning towards 245/45 but am concerned that it might rub since my cars lowered ~ 2inches. What size tires do you think I should go with?
I also realize i'm going to need spacers to make the wheels look more flush. What size spacers should i go with?

with a 7.5 in wide wheel you could go with a 2" spacer for the rear and a 1.50" spacer for the front...
