missing features
I agree it's silly the way Lexus forces features together with packages and limits options in certain regional markets. For most German brands, you can customize everything exactly the way you want it and there are seldom any limitations on which features can be combined.
It's very surprising that Canada got a few features that the US market this didn't with the NX. Beyond the US models, I believe we get HUD and AVS. Mark Levinson, panoramic roof, and engine start-stop are not available in Canada. Leather in F-Sport is available in some markets from what I've read on this forum. Ventilated F-Sport seats are probably in the works for a future year (same delay in the 3rd gen IS while Lexus figured out how to get the ventilation through the injection moulded foam).
I'd say one of my biggest gripes is the memory seat function. I have 2 modes that I drive in: on the freeway, and on surface roads. On a long stretch of (empty) freeway, I like to sit more relaxed and lower in my seat and for city driving, I sit higher, more upright and attentive. The memory position function only works when you are in P, and most of the time I wont be in PARK when I am transitioning from surface to highway. My dad's MB can change to any memory position any time.

@computerwi, no its just the seat position, steering column stays the same. I want press 2 for city driving, and 3 for highway driving (1 is too close to the memory button, if I hit it on accident, the following button press will erase the previous setting). Currently, I have to do this manually, trying to figure out what position I like, which is potentially more dangerous while in traffic. Also, mirrors will be adjusted to the adjusted to the memory position, but I have to do that manually as well, increasing the potentially dangerous situation.
My gripe with the seat memory buttons is that there is no tactile way to easily tell which one is which other than starting at one end and feeling your way to the one you want. It's far too easy to accidentally push the first (memory) button. Lexus, just add some braille-like dots on them and it will help a lot!
