I would say no http://dillaircontrols.com/dill/tpms...exus--NX--2016 . Maybe you could contact the seller ? These are used and they have a battery life of 5 yrs so would you chance it ? If you are a member of Costco I found them to be very reasonable @ under $50 to remove and replace a sensor on my 2010 AcuraTL. Tire store wanted over $100 ! Also keep in mind that new sensors have to be programmed.

Good news, the above part number is compatible with the NX & most newer Lexus models.
