I newer knew a suction-cup type of bike rack existed and would make me feel uneasy. However, after researching this a bit, it's obviously robust but the caveat is making sure the surface is clean, the suction cups have no damage, and the pump is serviced yearly. Each cup holds up to 210 lbs? Many owners of high-end cars have it, even on Porsches and Ferraris! Thanks for posting.

The suction cups work great, until you pull into your garage or a drive through and rip the bikes from the car.

I keep my bikes inside the NX. One solution with the suction cups is to attach the suction cup to the windshield so you can see the bikes when driving.

Why deal with suction cups, risk of coming off in-flight, risk of ripping bicycles off under a low overhang, putting pressure (possibly dents) in the sheet metal body, etc? Just do what I did, right here...
