Does anyone know how much the 15,000 mile service might cost? Also, how necessary is this service, especially as my NX is leased?

 

15K miles isn't a major service since it's mostly just inspections and tire rotation, so it I would just skip it and get tires rotated at the local tire shop.

I have skipped these middle interval services on my previous lease without any problems.
