Too much penny pinching in Australian models compared to our Northernn American compatriots.

No siri eyes free, no posted speed limits in the Nav, no individual tyre presurres and a 75% Australian price hike for the privilege.

No wonder Lexus only sells about 700 vehicles a month in Oz.

And crappy apps on the Lexus system compared to US... for the life of me I cant work out why all apps aren't available in all countries if the app itself is not region specific?? (eg music apps)

As for individual tyre pressures... does the NX not show all 4 tyres and their pressures ?? The Aust RX does, so I thought the NX would be the same.

Nope. The Nx uses differential rotational speeds to tell you there's a flat. You only get a warning light so you have to take your $5 Kmart tyre pressure gauge to sort out which tyre is a problem.

The Oz RX and the US Nx use the individual pressure sensed embedded in each wheel.

Apparently, the individual wheel pressure senses are mandated in all new cars in the US, after a series of accidents attributed to flat tyres.

To save a few pennies Lexus rips them out of the NX as its an 'entry' level vehicle in Australia, This is even given the fact that my loaded NX costs more than a loaded 200t RX.

Our NX shows all 4 tires and their pressures in the multi-function display between the speedo and the tach/power gauge. I believe only the hybrid models show the tire pressure on the dash in the US - at least that was the case with the last generation RX, I can't confirm the same is true for the NX or the current gen RX, someone here will have to respond to this question regarding the US turbo NX.

My 2016 NX200t shows each tire pressure in the display between the gauges as Ward stated above.

Same in Canada, all four tires in the centre display.

Only Australian and European NX models miss out.
