I found my filter housing drain plug was way over-torqued. I hear that in many dealerships they never take the drain plug off because it's stuck on there once you overtighten it. In fact they use it to take the housing on and off as well. I managed to unscrew the drain plug with a cheater bar and an oil filter grip holding the housing. I looked and i looked until I found a post somewhere that the filter housing drain plug should only be tightened to 10 ft lbs, and that's what I did!
