I googled a couple reviews and they were mostly pro. The only thing concerning is the free version has ads but you can buy a yearly subscription for $25.

I had the touchscreen nav in my 2005 LS430, 05 GX-loved,it no problem despite people complain, whine, ***** about fingerprints.

I had the new mouspad in my 2014 GS350-I had no problem despite people complain, whine, ***** about it too difficult and cumbersome to use.

Here comes the new touchpad in my 2016 NX-I have no problem despite people still complain, whine, ***** about it and too difficult to use. Even my wife who is not even tech savy can still use it and don't even complain about.



I will agree that lexus VR is horrible, perfect English, broken English, Engrish .....it's not as refined as the German's VR.

The absolute worst was my BIL's 2005 745 idrive.......we know how that goes. I heard the newest bmw's nav/ent. system is much more refined now.

Thanks to the pioneers in the NX forum, I read and researched about the wind noise, engine vibration, loose lower door paneling prior to getting my 2016 NX, none of which I have any problem

 

NOT attacking..but I have seen so many TROLLS who just registered to Trash the brand. Looking at the contents of their post it is VERY possible it is just a troll. There is another one about the steering wheel issue. We currently have 7 Lexus in our family (including the brothers' and sisters') and the NX is the worst one.

Let's see if they stick around.

Just purchased 2017 RX 350 FSport last night with triple LED. .
Much prefer finger touch pad on the NX over the clunky **** on new RX.
But we make use of what's given us.
