300h hp question

NX 300h hp is listed as 154/194 total hp.
What do the two different numbers mean in practical terms?

Motor is worth 154hp, and the electric motors are worth an additional 40 when being utilized.

So if you have the electric motors working, you will have a combined 194hp.
