Forgive my ignorance but I'm trying to figure out where that is -- Is that the Head Gasket?
Or the valve cover gasket?
Rear main seal?

Looks like a slower leak, so I would assume hasn't been there long and have some time to fix.

I think when it starts to drip, drip, drip is when it needs attention soonest.

Not sure about the “strange fix on sealant there” but I saw THIS THREAD POST today and thought of your thread and asked if it could possibly help you.

I think it’s worth it for you to try anyway…

Please keep us posted so we know if it helps or not.

I do happen to have an NX and an SC — so it’d be great to know if the AT-205 can help solve various Lexus models with gasket leakage issues.

That might be a rear main seal leak which I have seen other NX have had.

Hard to see if its from the join between the housing or from higher up.
Wash it off with degreaser and look again after a drive. I t may be a couple of years worth of slight seepage. Sometimes that happens.
