nav/radio screen

I had Sam's Club change the battery in my Lexus 2016 NX200T and my screen will not come back on no radio no nav no sound any ideas what I can do?

Hoping against hope they did not cross the polarity on the battery install and touch the Start/Stop button. Do other functions still work, AC, interior LED lights?

There are few people ran into this issue when changing their battery. You can check for dead fuse.
