Is 2021 NX sunroof seal replaceable?

I’m the new owner of a CPO NX 300 F Sport. The seal around the sunroof glass is lifting in the middle along the back. I have a feeling that the seal may be replaceable but can’t find anything definitive. Better yet, would you think they would do the repair under warranty? Closest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. Thank you.
