Question Lexus Nx200t 2015 infotainment problem

hi good day!

i would like to ask if anybody experience the same problem and how was it resolved?

after removing the batt , suddenly the infotainment wont turn on , no display also when in reverse

but disc still ejects and loads

guage also lost the navi and radio column

hope to hear some inputs

hi thank you . saw this thread also , mine doesn't come with a radio fuse as well

anybody resolved the issue ?

Try removing the sd (your car should have an sd card) with the car off.



Then start the car (with the sd off), the screen will not display anything because the operating system is on that sd card.
Stop the car and insert the sd back. Try again.
If that don't fix the issue, there may be either screen dead or the whole infotainment system dead.
Don't sweat, you'll have to either purchase a new screen unit (maybe with the whole infotainment module) from another Lexus, or just purchase a 10.5 inch navigation unit from chinese websites.
There are some decent navigation units that mimic android auto for about $200-$300 out there...
Purchasing these from manufacturer is not an option since they are very expensive.
Now, installing that new unit to replace what you have is a whole other story if you're not handy...

hi thank you for your feedback my lcd screen is working fine, installed it into another nx and it is working .
will try removing the sd car

thank you for your input, yes lexus dealer is charging 10,500 usd without install and other fees , just for the head unit alone

i saw 2 shops that repairs lexus nx headunits , anybody have experience with them ?

one in australia and another one in malaysia

I think you'd be better off buying an used head unit from e-bay or somewhere else (scrapyard maybe?). The swap is really not that complicated. Just my 2 cent...

hi already considered this, but they say the us version wont work with the asian version car =(

the model number of the radio is diff
