The price was $320. It included the rails and antenna. The cheapest quote i had that had a shop. There is one in craigslist doing it for $160 but i do not know the quality of their work.

I am not too sure about it. My friends already moved in the house and the house across the street was already like that. We see some people slowly working on the house tho. I think the house on the right was partly affected too.
