am redoing my whole kitchen and my bathrooms and well the construction person i am using plans on using $8-$10 square feet granite. i am not in construction so i have no idea but does this sound like cheapo granite to you? also take in consideration this is wholesale price not consumer price.

i am doing my whole kitchen with resuface my cabinets and redoing a stain and 2 bathrooms and 1 master bathroom. Everything is gutted and replaced. from the light fixtures to towel racks, and the floor with granite. he is quoting me $50k.

kitchen is about 250-350 rough estimate,bathroom about 100 for each. and master is about 200-250

yes also the $50k is including the kitchen sink with stainless, and $7500 worth of appliances excluding washer/dryer/refrigerator.
