Default engine swap laws
i was wondering if anyone knows the NJ engine swap laws
is swapping the sc400 engine with a ls1 legal is it follows emission standard?
or is swapping in general illegal

in a nut shell is illegal ...but it never stop people from doing swaps ,, its all a matter of emission laws in your state and safety inspection and knowing who whos..
