one of my friends owns 3 of them... and hes in LI. i think thats one of them you saw. hes got a orange caprice like that and i believe hes working on another.

in the city u rarely see them, but in long island i see a bunch.

There is an orange donk that is always parked on Central Ave in Valley Stream.. The lift kit on these rides are amazing.

i saw those at englishtown, easier to do oil changes at least. but what if you get a flat ? i dont think the spare fits in the trunk.
