and I wonder if I'm hallucinating...

but this was real.. and here's the proof...

on the Van Wyck Expressway.

one of my friends owns 3 of them... and hes in LI. i think thats one of them you saw. hes got a orange caprice like that and i believe hes working on another.

There is an orange donk that is always parked on Central Ave in Valley Stream.. The lift kit on these rides are amazing.
