this thread is turning into a dispute of whether its feasible to do so or not.
If the pricing on this method does not tickle your fancy, then move along.
Respect dashocker for his efforts in organizing this for all the north east club lexus members.
ok i'm done
nothing close to a dispute, two different methods. good job sean, the guy has to make his money b/c he has to recoup his money that he paid for the machine. just cause you have the money doesnt mean you have to spend it. all about options and like i said i work in a shop and use the machine all the time and the cost is $120 with regular oil

If you read the thread it indicates Amsoil. Sure the prices would be significantly less with regular off the shelf oil. If you are not down for it, then don't add your two cents. No pun intended. It is very rare to find a place that carries Amsoil and a Bilstein machine. This guy is very negotiable with pricing and I bent over backwards to have him reserve the docks for us. If someone can come up with a better deal with amsoil then put up a thread. This is still on even if I show up by myself.

It is real ironic that people are posting that they can do for less money I work here I work there, but have yet to coordinate any meets, or put us on to great deals.. Once again this is for Amsoil not Acme oil from Pepboys. You guys have an opportunity to get the best of oils and at a good deal considering the services that will be rendered. You also have the opportunity to get your engine and/or tranny cleaned professionally, and brought back to near showroom condition. Hey I tried to coordinate this for your benefit. I didn't have to coordinate anything and just keep my mouth shut. I used this place for years and wanted to share the wealth with my Lexus brethren. If more of you want to attend, feel free to chime in.
Ive been reading over this thread and figured Id add my two cents..Most of us spent THOUSANDS on mods to look good and customize but when it comes to maintenance guys are pinching pennies and talking about Pep Boys etc..Everyone is free to post their opinions but really..if you cant run with the big dogs stay on the porch.Dashocker is trying to put something together for the benefit of us all.Id go myself but Im in da boonies..10 min from Great Adventures so its a little hike.I wish this was a little more local. There are a few things on his list that I would do.You dont have to do all..Rant Off!
I'm going to put in my corona bottle deposit on this one... Sean tried to hook everyone up and I know there are alot of DIY'ers on here. Thats great. All he was trying to do was hook some brothers up...

Thanks GSLEX. I just got a call from my guy. He just recieved an additional shipment for 7 cars. He usually does not have Amsoil on hand and orders them when in demand. The BMW club guys go to this place to get Amsoil, and they always meet up at the Mobil gas station on Hempstead Turnpike. I no longer need to stress this, you heard it all. Read some opinions on the BMW forum http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...ghlight=amsoil
We can meet at the Mobil gas station on Hempstead Turnpike across from the Belmont race track at 10:30 am or we can meet up i/f/o Todd's house at 10:15.
you guys are characters and since i was the one the added MY 2 cents im going to clear it up. im not trying to steal dashockers shine swo you guys need to stop whining, on the real. if your going with dashocker its not a big deal its your money but dont act like you guys have endless dough and never try to find a bargain.if you have something to say to me use the PM and stop with the sarcastic" dashockers trying to help so stop messing things up comments". We are all grown men right?plus i offered to do the flush without the machine using the method of removing the inlet hose into the cooler which is the exac place that they would hook the machine up.I dont care what anyone says the cost to use that machine most places in brooklyn as well as MY job is $120 now if you buy your own amsoil which you can get online REAL easy for $125 for 15qts. thats $245. dashocker you posted a price of $350 and if i didnt chime in with my 2 cents thats what YOUR guy would charge everyone, so i already saved you guys some dough. your welcome. Now i didnt say anything in any of my posts to antagonize anyone but im not gonna sit here and take no bull either, i hear enough whining from my kids.If it dont apply let it fly, and if it does thats what the PM is for fellas.
