just curious, how much engine oil does the GS take? Must be up around 7 quarts? I think the SC's are no more than 4.5 quarts.

Also, I can only be down to go if my car can be serviced and I can roll out by 2pm, 2:30pm at the very latest, I do in fact have to be on airport duty on late Saturday afternoon/early evening. Will that be possible?

The GS is 5.5 quarts. So the price should be less than whats posted. You should be out b4 two.

Hey if we all show up the price for the tranny flush could go down to 250 bucks. He will work with us guys. He is very flexible. Don't be detered by the price. Think about. 100,00 miles beween tranny changes? The dealer will charge you 190 bucks for tranny flush every 15,000 miles with the Toyota type 4 dyno oil. Think about that.

Here is the details about the Bilstein Machine. It is nothing like the bottle engine flush you buy for 5 bucks at Pepboys. http://www.redwoodgeneral.com/flush.htm

nah sean i can flush your tranny on the street by unhooking the hose to the cooler on the radiator while adding new fluid until all the old fluid is out. i know the amsoil is expensive, but not for $350 for a flush.you can buy the luid yourself and pay any shop $120 to use their bilstein machine.im not trying to jack your thread i like all you guys and just trying to save my ppl some dough. you might not know it but im a licensed mechanic and do all my own work. the machines makes the flush faster and easier but is no better than you flushing with the $5 stuff you buy from autozone or pepboys. TRUST ME you guys can spend your money where you want i just thought i would give the guys who dont have the fat pockets an alternative

Well The guys have a choice. I know when it comes to my ride, I don't cut corners. Did you look at the link with the Bilstein machine flush? $120 bucks fo a Bilstein machine flush with Amsoil oil ? Where on Planet Earth? The price would be significantly less if you used another brand of oil like Penzoil, Mobil, valvoline. He has those if you guy don't want Amsoil. I want to race that Ls400 for titles.

Mind you getting all this stuff done with dyno oil at the dealer will be much more expensive. i will post up an updated roll call list of guys showing up. *** These prices may be less for sc300, gs300's***** Less Amsoil reqired.
