Default Forced Induction

Greetings Gents,

I finally paid off my 99 Lex GS3 and now its time to have some fun!!!
I've decided to to buy an LMS supercharger to get that low end torque
I want. My question is can some recommend a tuner shop or garage that
has the experience installing a supercharge in a GS3? I'm out in Long Island.

Thanks

honestly.....

the LMS kit is CRAP....many long threads about it on IS300.net

please dont waste your money on that stuff....it will only end up causing you problems and spend more money to get it to work correctly or to fix stuff when it breaks..

just my $0.02

The driving style I favor most is low to mid range toque I like to get
of the line fast. Correct me if i'm wrong but I though turbo favors more
of a Mid to High end torque range and speeds over 100hp.

Here's my case
**My Lex is a daily driver
**I need and want low end torque
**I want low maintenance

The LMS is not a roots type supercharger. It is a centrifugal (sp?) one.

I'd suggest the person inquiring search on that on www.is300.net
HINT: the kit lacks some major things such as fuel and engine management with the S/C kit from LMS...and many IS300 owners out in california who bought that kit have had major issues due to the lack of no fuel or engine management, which they say their kit can run on stock fuel system and stock ECU which is total horse**** as customers have reported blowing their motors....

S/C on 2JZ cars are very rare and just not all that reliable unless you spend big bucks...like a few select have.....

whereas, the turboeast turbo stage 1 kit is damn good price for a reliable 300 HP.....

Baldwin is like South Oyster Bay right, just west of the Meadowbrook pkwy on the south shore near Jones Beach? I think I've seen a sign for Baldwin off of the Meadowbrook or surrounding area on a couple trips to Jones Beach.

I'm completely Northeast of you, on the north shore of Suffolk County, not Nassau, Smithtown/Stony Brook/Port Jeff area.

I was following one of the LMS threads but I've only read of one case where a LMS customer blew his motor. There have been more since I last checked months ago?
