A few CL members will be helping out with organizing of this year event (TJ (tjmhillz) and Veron (veron1987). Since this will be a BBQ we ask that everyone in attendance bring something - it is not mandatory to bring anything, but it will surly be appreciated if you can.

The following items will be needed: Meat (burgers - chicken, turkey, beef, hotdogs), buns, bottle water, soda, napkins, utensils (forks, spoon, knife), ketchup, mustard, cooler, ice, plates, snacks etc...

Anything you deem suitable for a BBQ you may bring it as it will be fully utilized somehow or the other. Those that will be bringing any item(s) please specify in your post what that item(s) is this way we know what we have and don't have in order to make accommodation for the necessities.
