help with boost leak.....

Default help with boost leak.....

Hey guys anyone in the Glen Burnie md area able to lend their ears to a fellow member? I know I have a boost leak but I need someone to either help listen or pressurize the system while I listen. I'm on pto tomorrow if anyone want to stop by and help. I'll buy some lunch for the help.

Put a rag in the exhaust and look where the leak is coming from, You have a 2J I assume, so it shouldn't be hard at all to find a leak!

Default Think I found it

Well there was no vacuum line hooked to the idle control valve. Hooked that up to my vacuum block. Then there was a leak comming from the tps. I'm waiting till tonight for the rtv to cure. Them I will boost leak test again.
