I'm going to step up and propose a 2013 Beach Run @ Pier Village, Long Branch, NJ on JULY 20th

Pros:

1. This is a great family event for people all ages.
2. I picked Pier Village is because it's a classy area (not a lot of teenagers walking around like Jenks or Belmar)
3. Shopping Centre on the Boardwalk
4. Clean sand

Cons:

1. Parking is limited (must arrive early)

Great idea, wish I could go (Teo will kill me for this, again lol).

EDIT--F***, I just remembered I already prepaid for a car meet that I am going on the same date as the beach run :/ sorry, would of loved a trip down to the beach.

Hmmm. I may be in on this, spend a night in NJ so I can go to the Linden, NJ, Whips On The Strips meet on the 21st.

 

It's a nice place but parking is 2hrs :/ Cops down there won't like it unless we all switch the spots every 2hrs lol. They even give out tickets sometimes if you park over the line a little bit, even if you had no choice because of the car in the front/back of you There is parking in a building and outside without the 2hr limit but I think it's around $15-20

 

Looks like this didnt get much interests anyways so i doubt this will happen. Good try though WU.
