Are you referring to the halos not coming on when you turn the lights on? Well since you tested them to the battery and they come on thats a good sign. Just find your parking lights and wire them into the parking lights. that way when you turn your lights on the halos will turn on. Or you can just wire them onto a separate switch. Ground one of the wires to a good ground source and the other straight to the battery and then you can control it by any switch that you choose.Wish i was closer i would be able to help you out.

Headlights

The headlights have loose wires everywhere. I believe the owner might have taken the ballast before he sold the vehicle. I will most likely have someone install HID's. I hopefully should have this problem resolved in the next two weeks.
