Need a Lexus Mechanic !!
Hello all Fairly new to the Forum. I'm in Clinton MD and have a 97 Ls 400. I"M used to working on my own cars but haven't been able to because of long hours at work. What I'm looking for is a reasonable Lexus Mechanic for Engine, suspension work. Someone close so i can get my car towed in. Thanks in advance

Welcome Derrick,, sorry for the delay in responding. There are a few in the area however with you being in Southern Md, it would probably be best to give Brad a holla over at Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria. He is a service writer over there as well as Former Neloc member. Let him know you are a CL member, he has looked out for us in the past. ELITE Importz in Odenton is also another respected shop that alot of our members have used.

There is a guy on here who built one of the SICKEST Sc's I have ever seen, knows every bolt in a Lexus and is a mechanic in MD.
(I hope he is ok with me possibly increasing his workload).. I just posted on his build thread today how lucky someone with a Lexus would be to by chance drive into his shop. His CL name is MDSC.
If I was in MD, I'd be there.

I am also looking for a mechanic you recommend in DC metro /VA area for, we have two cars in the family, one is a RX300 (you can guess which one heading out on the tranny)

Rockville suck because i took my GS there 5 years ago and they had the car for weeks and couldn't fix it, they replaced the tranny 3 times ,same issue .
then finally told me it needs a throttle body $1600 .
I just replace dthe battery $105 and it has been 5 years car has been running great.
Silver Spring i almost got ripped off by them so i don't deal with none of them , I do my own work.
