Hello NELOC,

For a while I've been looking for a group that shares my love for these machines... and I found the place.

My name is Kal, a student and photographer on the side, live in Richmond, VA. Bought the SC4 without much thought about spending on it but long story short, I am addicted with no remedy.

There are pictures in my garage, but more pictures to come.

Looking forward for my first meet in Baltimore.

A dominica

So far my plans are mainly focused around restoring the interior to its original state and add a few touches here and there. It was disastrous when I got it.

For instance:

However, I have a list made for the things I've been wanting to do, this is a sample, I'm almost done with stage 1.

Visual

stage 1

*- customize filler under radio
- door panels & window frames
*- seats
*- new ignition keyhole bezel
*- double din
*- Restore factory cluster (backlight resistor blew today )
*- Lextech cluster
*- Auto dim mirror
*- Driver side interior handle
- Driver side exterior handle
*- Center console bottom part
- Center console top part
- Carpet
- Black floor mats
- Shifter
*- Shifter bezel
- Trunk organizer
*- OD button rewired
*- 5 1/4 front speakers
- Climate control LCD and light colors

stage 2

- build rear frame
- install extra 6x9 speakers
- carbon fiber vinyl center console

stage 3

- 97+ body kit, fog lights, grill, tail lights
- lip (big win)
- re-paint (pearlescent granite/black, different shade of blue, pearlescent dark blue/dark purp, pearlescent dark blue/dark geen)
- 18" bbs rims
- coilovers/lower

As far as performance I just wanna manuswap and BFI.

welcome, progress looks good so far. The problem is that alot of people see Scs as these cheap cars. Which they are untill you want to get them back to their original state especially interior. This is my list
1.new leather
2.lextech cluster
3.lextech climate control
4. new climate control screen
5.double din
6. window trim and door panels out of 2000 model.
I've spent thousands in the interior alone just to get this car to where it is today.
Good luck to you and hope everything works out, at least youre doing it right. I see so many people with broken door panels, burned out clusters, bleeding climater controls, torn up seats and steering wheels buying coilovers, gettting wheels, buying body kits etc. Majority of Sc are like this half busted look good from 20 feet.

^ Thanks. Previous owner had 20" rims on it when interior looked like crap. On top of that had a Power Akoustic logo on the side. I was so happy when I removed that as it would be a lie 'cause I have pioneers. More of a cheap lie lol. As for coilovers... no point of lowering a pos car, thats like tryina polish a turd as make-up stylists would say.

Nice plans you got there. the 2k window frames and panels dont break? I was gonna get older ones and fiberglass the plastic so its less likely to break.

List updated to a more current one

panels werent broken when i bought them of course they break, trick it to start with something that used and not broken and reinforce it or buy new $$$ about $1500 per complete door panel.Btw the list isnt plans its whats done to the car now, and i'm in process of doing more stuff to the interior.

yes its high and these cars are expensive to restore to like original condition. I know a guy that restored a 94 and bought all parts from the dealer new. Carpet 1200, leather covers 1500, cluster over a grand, climate control 600, all cracked vents 1k, and 2 door panels he droped 6 thousand in rebuilding the interior.
