I'm just looking for someone to paint a couple of bumpers in Onyx Black. The current bumpers just need a quick sand and spray. Who's got a reasonable referral? The car is a '95 so it doesn't have to be perfect, just no drips or major orange peel. I need this completed by the end of February.

let me find out where my buddy's friend is. he painted my trunk lid, roof spoiler & my grille once i get it. i know is cell phone is a 202 area code, but i'm not sure exactly where he is.i think he did a great job on my trunk lid.
