I am sorry I forgot to let those coming from Frederick know what is going on. My girlfriend is leaving town Monday the 2nd and she wants to spend the weekend together so she will be coming with me. She and I are actually coming down Saturday and staying at the National Harbor and going to make a weekend out of it so I will have to meet everyone at the Chick Fil A that was previously mentioned. I will not be able to meet in Frederick but will still be at the show.

I apologize for the change in plans but it can't be helped at this point.

Yes you are right. Like Ryan said, bring $5 for a tent fee, just in case, and $2 for the donation, as thats what they want for groups. Hope to see everyone out there!

 

The Tent fee is due the day of the show. We are able to pay in cash. Please bring FIVE $1 bills to help pay this fee and what ever you need to get into the event. I do not want to have to worry about getting everyone change. If you show up with something other than singles I cannot ensure that you will get money back. With 30-40 people paying making change for all of them will be impossible.

I gotta swing by the store and pick up some charcoal, lighter fluid, sodas etc. I'll also bring two folding chairs but I suggest that everyone remember to bring one as well. So far the forecast says that Sunday will be 74 and mostly cloudy with a 20% chance of rain.

I know we are meeting the Maryland group near Chick F around FedEx Field, but have the NoVa people decided on a place to meet for the drive up? I suggest meeting somewhere near 495 so we can hop right on the highway. How about somewhere near Little River Turnpike or Braddock Road?
