Cars & Coffee is 8-10am. Im not making it out tomorrow. 1. I think its going to rain. 2. Im missing some engine components so car isnt running right now. hahahahha.

But yeah there's a lot of hangouts, but many aren't of the mature crowd. I used to Jenro's MANY years ago with my father.......it's a staple as being a legit cruise-in.
It really depends on where the OP is going to hang out here in the 757.
Freedom Wash on South Independence is a bunch of kids, good for a laugh every once in a while.
For a more adult/mature crowd.
The first Saturday of every month is Cars & Coffee Virginia Beach La Promenade Shopping center off Laskin Road.
The third Saturday of every month is Cars & Coffee Williamsburg. Prime Outlets Williamsburg
Then as the weather warms up Jenro's every Saturday Haygood shopping center off Independence Blvd. This tends to be a mix bag of Ricers, Hotrods, and nice cars, but the rules are strictly enforced so you dont have a lot of douchbaggery.
