This meet is a huge event and if you have any plans on parking together we should get to the Chick Fil A at about 10:15 AM and plan to roll out no later than 10:45 AM

Ok we can do that, I was just trying to think of people coming from farther away like you Ryan. Unless you want me to email and get us a row together? That may be a good idea. Probably work better if we wanted to grill too. Should I try that?

Tabaka are you planning to bring a grill? I know there is a tent fee, but I'm going to ask about parking together, the tent fee, and if we can grill without paying a tent fee if we dont have a tent. From what I understand, gas is a better option.

Yea we are meeting at the Chick Fil A posted above and rolling in together. No response from CPT about a reserved row yet so we may have to stick to the early time.

I will be coming from that area as well so we can meet somewhere in Frederick and roll to the Chick Fil A as a group if you want

As far as parking together, in the past we have only been able to park together is we arrive early due to the amount of cars that they have had in attendance. Do not forget that they will be using the parking lot as a parking lot for spectators as well as the participants. It is still a good idea to get there early rather than later.
