Got a nice haul in the post today.. Now just waiting on the fog HID kit.

My vote would be to meet at the DIY garage, here's the link: http://www.ditymechanics.com/. Each hour is $24 and gives access to a 4-post lift and all the tools you could need, and since each sway bar will probably take 30 min, it'd cost each person $12. For mods other than the ones like the sway bar that would require the use of the bay, we could just head somewhere after that.

We could meet there first thing Sunday morning - they said they get pretty busy on weekends, so the best time to come is first thing Sunday morning when they open at 9 AM.

So we clearly want to do this on a Sunday. Looking at Sundays in April, April 24 is Easter so that's out, and this weekend is probably a little early given people are still waiting on parts.

My vote would be April 17, but I could also do April 10.

What do you guys think?

I definitely don't want to be the only one holding people up for doing it this weekend. So if everyone else has gotten their parts and are ready to go for this weekend, I'm in. Otherwise, the 10th or 17th may be better.

Calvin, Is that redouts to the right of the vled's? As for the date, it make no difference to me, however i was wanting to meet at a house either my place or jlee's. Only because i want to take my time and some stuff we dont need a lift. I'm down for anything though.

How about this, let's each list which of the following Sundays we're available, and mark your preference:

April 3: Yes
April 10: Yes
April 17: Yes (preferred)

sick: Yes, those are the RVinyl red-outs. Where's your house located? Is it close to the DIY place in Sterling, VA? I thought the DIY place made sense because 1) it's the safest way to do the install, since they have a lift, 2) they have all the tools and everything we'd need (including things like a torque wrench, which I'd guess most people don't have and we'd otherwise have to acquire), and 3) Sterling is pretty centrally located between MD, DC, and VA.

I'm open to anything, however if we do it at a house we'll need at least:
1) torque wrench
2) 4 jack stands (ramps I've read do not provide enough clearance, and it's always safer to use jack stands as a backup if you're using ramps)
3) socket wrench set (14mm and 17mm)
4) a flat, paved surface with space for everyone

They were on backorder, so they weren't able to give me a firm shipping/delivery date. Last week they said it'd be 2-3 weeks, so they should be there by April 17 (any Sunday before that is questionable). That's why I was listing that as preferred.

However, I don't want to be the only one holding people up, so I'm happy to meet up earlier, I'll just have to do the HIDs another time.

I'm can be available on any sunday with a heads up. I do have some tools and a torque wrench, but only 2 jack stands. I'm located in Pasadena right near Marley Station. I dont have a problem with the diy garage for the sway's, actually i think it might be better, but as for the other stuff i think it would be better to do at a house.

What if we split it up and do different Sundays, like we do diy garage for sways and whatever else we need a lift for, and than a house when the rest of the parts come in? Are all of doing sways? Do all of need the lift?

That's a good idea. So what do you guys think about doing the garage this Sunday, April 3 to do the sway bars, then we can do a more proper meet-up on a later weekend, maybe the 10th or 17th, at a house where we can do the other mods that may not require the lift, jacks, etc? We also wouldn't be in any rush since we wouldn't be paying for time.

Thoughts? I'm very pro this idea because I want to get this sway on my car ASAP haha.
