Hey guys, if it's on a Sunday we can probably do it at my parents house. The driveway is not that big though, it'll fit 2 car's, possibly 3 depending on how we park our cars.

I'd be up to offering a hand/jack/tools. I'm in Bowie, MD.

Don't really need any mods accomplished but willing to help.

I count 4 people who are actively interested and planning on coming (availability permitting):

1) Calvin2376
2) sick
3) Bigrahizzl
4) jlee403

I also know that mdsbrain and AaronN are located in MD and may want to come as well.

Of the above people, here are the questions to answer:

1) Is Sunday the best day for everyone? That seems to be the general consensus.

2) Are there any time constraints for you? I for example am waiting on parts; the sway bar from Sewell and some LEDs are on their way to me, should probably be here in the next 7 days. I'm also waiting on a HID kit from DDM Tuning, and that's expected to ship in 2 weeks. If people wanted to meet sooner than that allows for, I'd still meet even if I hadn't yet received the HID kit, but ideally I'd wait.

3) Ideas on places? We'd need somewhere that could fit everyone, it needn't necessarily fit 4 cars at once because we could have 2 being worked on at a time, for example.

In response to jlee no, I've not heard of spaworld. What is it?

And in response to BossGS4's comment, that DIY Mechanics place sounds pretty tempting, wouldn't have to go to the trouble of buying or acquiring all the tools and everything. $24 for a 4-post lift bay and tools for an hour should easily suffice for the sway bar install, and it sounds reasonable.

Let me know what you all think?

If we do it at SpaWorld, are free massages thrown in?

Personally I think I'm inclined to use DIY Mechanics for the sway bar install. I think it'll be difficult to try and do with ramps or jack stands, especially getting the torque required to get the original bolts off (which I understand are usually stuck on pretty well). In addition, as a person new to the IS and modding, I'd love to get the car up on a 4-post lift and be able to get a clear view of everything from below. In addition, I called and they do have torque wrenches, as well as everything else we'd need for the install.

I think a few of us are all looking to do the sway bar install. Each hour is $24 (that provides a bay with 4-post lift and access to all tools), and each car's sway bar install would probably take 30 minutes or so (especially with more than one set of hands), so it's probably our quickest, safest, and cheapest option since it'd come out to about $12/person.

I figure we could all meet at DIY Mechanics on a Sunday morning, do the sway bar installs and then go somewhere else after that to do other projects if needed (ones that wouldn't require use of the bay so we don't have to pay) and grab lunch as well. I called them and they said the best time to come on a weekend is right when they open, at 9 AM or so on Sunday.

What do you all think?

Yeah it might be good to list the parts we're installing. I'm waiting to receive:

1) Rear F-sport sway bar
2) DDM Tuning fog HID kit
3) VLED Parking lights
4) RVinyl Red-outs

I should have all but the HID kit (on backorder) by late next week, early the following.

I have the F-Sport exhaust but I'm pleased with it and the sound it makes, so I'll be sticking with it.
