I can't figure out were he fit's in to the "O". There are all the normal things you could do with a guy like that, but I've never seen the Eagles do what's expected. Plus he's been out of the game for 2 years.

lol for a team thats made it to the playoffs twice in the last 9 years and hasnt once the divison since 99, you think the skins would need all the help they can get.

I never said they were any good, I just like them...It goes way back, then I've followed players who've gone through both organizations.
...my other team is the Chiefs...I don't see a super bowl in thier future either, but I like them.
And no matter how you look at my teams, it will not make the birds any better.
Just because you play allot of Madden doesn't mean you know the game.

I think the eagles are going for the wow factor. i think that either there decision has nothing to do with actual football strategy, or they are really good at keeping it a secret.

Reid hasnt said how they plan to use Vick but I honestly think you'll see a lot of the wildcat offense like in Miami.

Vick is (was?) a phenomenal athlete - some team was going to take a chance on him, but I didn't think it was going to be the Eagles. As much as I loathe his crime, I do love a "second chance" storyline. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out.

The eagles will be must watch football, there is talk about him and Mcnabb on the field at the same time, that will be interesting.

I never said they were terrible...I said I didn't like them. I don't like their leadership in management or the leaders they've had on the field in the past. I think from an athletic point they have always been very competitive, they just don't have the players that will put a foot in someones a** if they don't move.
...and I never said Vik was their best athlete, I said I find it hard to believe he was the best available athlete they could pick up...

Vick > Campbell even if Vick was out for 2 years. Campbell is a good 2nd string or 3rd string IMO. It will be interesting to see how the season pans out for the eagles.

I too was surprised the Eagles picked him up. Everyone will be eyeing him this season especially for being out of professional football for 2 years. It really ticked me for what Vick and his friends did to those dogs but we eventually have to learn to forgive. I just hope he spends A LOT of time teaching people about how terrible dog fighting/animal abuse is.

Go Skins!!!
