Guys, it's not often that I ask, but those of you who really know me can tell that when I do I have exhausted all other possibilities. As some of you may know I have hung up my long haul trucking keys (due to being laid off) and am now looking for new employment. In the meantime, the LS needs some attention since I am driving her more and more now. I could really use someone's help with changing out my shocks. Shop I normally go to for my work now wants to charge me $400 with alignment to install and I just don't have it right now. I am not looking for free labor here, just something not so steep on my pockets. Would really appreciate it if anyone could help. I do have a jack and some tools, however I do not have stands and my apt bldg gets really particular about maintenance work in the parking lot. Am currently trying to locate the shocks I need for the front as of this typing. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
Dang Tony, I'm sorry the economy is hurtin your pockets. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. If you find parts in the South Jersey or Philly area and you need someone to get it, just holla. Good luck! I'm sure NELOC will help you out.
did you ask smitty if we can do it at his house during the bbq? ill help as much as i can and since so many people are gonna be there i dont think we will be short on labor. lol

Just found a local store that has my fronts and so I will pick them up this afternoon. I pretty much just need the install help now. I have not really been pushing the LS on the highway since the back end is jumping when I hit bumps so I been in "slow mode" on the highway.
Tony - PM me. My garage and tools are at your disposal. SAY THE WORD. I do not know how to change them but have more than enough tools and room to do the job. If you are up to coming down to the "other side of the world" in VA and there is NO fee/charges/costs associated.
I am on the hook to followup Wrench Fest 2008 and was looking at April to hold that event. If this is urgent and cant wait we can do a one off at my house this weekend or next but with the BBQ and Leroy's send off its up to you when you want to fit this in and then I can hold the Wrench Fest 2009 in prep for carlisle on april 11th or 18th.
