All things considered, looks like she took the impact pretty well and there is not too much damage. Def repairable. I see a new bodykit in your sights already. LOL!! Looks like he was pulling into the spot nose first but WOW he did have to have some speed to him to push up that tank of a Mercedes into his hood like that. Between your car and that Mercedes, that poor Maxima never stood a chance.

in a case like this does the original guy's insurance pay everybody or who's car was in back of you has to pay your insurance... not sure how it works
