hey im having a bit of difficulty finding someone reliable and trustworthy in the new york area to do my swap, I have ebery part necessary for my swap from usdm turbos to usdm oil lines. need help asap...thanks
take your time finding a shop and do your research. Don't go to some place that does just does bolt-ons. Although it is pretty much a bolt-on affair besides wiring (assumeing a gte swap). My experience has taught me to be very thorough and ask a ridiculous amount of questions. I have had bad experiences. The worst was with someone that had a pretty good amount of feedback posted on forums that did terrible work. Like bolts missing, half assed hacked up work, the car literally could have blown up (caught on fire at least from a fuel leak), and that is not everything that was wrong. So just be careful who you trust because it can cost you.
I have heard of e shift and have seen work of theres. not a fan of eshift at all. I think I may have found someone through a friend named brian doyle anyone ever heard of him?
