I have a new IS and a friend told me he heard a dealer on Long Island is having a Tuner meet. Does anyone know about it? Who what when ???

I havent heard of this, and there are 3 dealers in LI. Rockville Center, Massapequa, and Rallye.

 

isnt there also a lexus dealer in smithtown? that would make it 4.

 

I got a call back from my friend who knows a tech at Rallye. He said it is them and it is planned for May on a Sunday. He says they are all into racing and even have a full blown IS race car gutted with a roll cage in it. I like that alot more than bling bling... I will have him call and get more info.

theyre really cool at rallye.. thats where i got both of my lexus' from...heck i even gave the appraiser my tanabe springs for his 2is i'll have to ask my salesguy whatsup with this tuner meet

 

I found out the Tech's name is Billy who supposedly into tuning in a huge way and he is the guy with the race car. He says they set a tentative date for May 18th from 10-3. On their part they are going to show off his car and a few ISF along with the new Fsport stuff. He says they are will have the Fsport stuff on a IS350 to check out. He says it will have the factory lowering kit, shocks, brakes, etc. He also said that his friend has a Lotus cup car(??) and a spec Miata race car that he is brining.

Sounds all cool to me. From what it sounds like they are going to empty the lot and open it up to anyone wanting to show off their car --Lexus and non Lexus.

I think if the do it right this should be really cool....

 

Can you please get all the info pertaining to the event and get it to me so that we can post it up? I wouldn't mind checking this out and I'm pretty sure there are other members who are also interested.

 

Hello everyone, I was asked to post more information on the up coming Rallye Tuner Meet here, The event date will be on Sunday May 18th from 10-3pm here at Rallye Lexus and the rain date wil be on Sunday May 25th from 10-3pm.

We are hosting the event on site with IS-F cars and F-sport parts along side with Rallye Performance Tuning cars, Lotus Cup car and member from the local SQC clubs and others, there will be giveaways and other fun stuff but most importantly its a chance for us to meet all the tuners and car enthusiast like you out there!!!

This is a Tuner meet so all NELOC members are welcome to attend, drop me a PM and let me know you are coming because we are getting a lot of response to this meet. Letting us know how many NELOC members are interested will help us set up the event. We want to make sure we block out some spots up front for you.
