Hey all,
My name's Brian. I've frequented this subforum on several instances. I have a debadged 2004 Neptune Blue Mica RX330, and I'm in DC now, but I live in NY. Maybe some of you have seen my car? It isn't interesting, but I have a Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake and a GW sticker on my rear window, just to ID myself. There aren't any initiation rites into this sub, right? (Just kidding!)

This action would get you lynched!! LOL!! Welcome to Neloc. There is no official requirements to join other than to at least have a lexus and just keep an eye on the forums for evnts and stuff. We are not a certified car club, rather than a bunch of internet "people" who get together and talk stuff on the site and meet up on a regular basis. You are in DC now, you should keep an eye on local events happening in the MD area whiloe you are down here. We do try to discourage people from making their own NELOC sticker, and just earn them. This is done by attending 3 (verified) meets and contacting one of the area reps to see if they have any.

attend three NELOC meets, mini meets, whatever and then there are posts every so often that say where the f are my stickers... naaaa meeannn???
