Once again, Md area members, the spring/summer session almost upon us. It would be a good idea for us to come together once again to put new ideas on the table and possibly get an proposed iteniary for meets for the 08 season. The prime purpose here is to gauge ideas, at least get them put out in the open and on the table, so that those which involve a little more research and preparation (such as BBQ's, parties, etc.) can be looked into.

There will be no specific agenda for this meet, other than to discuss ideas of things to do in the 08 season, discuss changes in in which you all would like to see implemented (IE. caravan guidelines, event cordination etc.). We will also grab a bite to eat during/afterwards, and maybe just hangout, play some video games, etc. For those of you who attended the last roundtable meet which was held here, pretty much know the format that we will follow already. So bring your proposed ideas, comments, suggestions, etc. and attend our first roundtable meet of 08.

This meet is not just limited to the MD area, as all are welcome to attend. It is primarily aimed at NELOC South so that we can have an option of stuff to do during the year, when we are not meeting with everyone else on a regional level.

Due to recent job change, I may/may not be able to attend myself. So , in this instance, I am turning over the main responsibilities for this event to Leroy(Apex84), and Ryan(BernieIS). Please coordinate with these 2 gentlemen for any correspondence you may have. Thanks!!!

When: March 8, 2008
Time: 1 pm
Where: Arundel Mills Mall
(meet at Anne Arundel Community College Bldg, directly across the lot from MUVICO cinemas)

Directions:

From I-95 and Route 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway), take Route 100E to exit 10A and turn south onto Arundel Mills Boulevard. Turn right into the mall and bear right. The AACC building is across the parking lot from the Muvico movie theaters at Arundel Mills Mall.

From I-97, take Route 100 west to exit 10A and proceed as above.


Anyone who is wanting to make the afternoon drive is invited. This includes PA, VA, MD, NJ, NY and anyone else who may have been forgotten. Anyone from MD, PA, VA who is not able to attend, but has ideas that they would like to have put on the table, please post them in this thread, of PM them to Apex84 or BernieIS so that they may be properly represented.
