Talking New Motor *PIC's*

So look what I got in the mail today!! I meet a lot of you guys at carlisle this past year, and i told you i had a turbo in the works. So i just decided to scrape that idea and picked up... Yea you guessed it!!!! 2jz-gte. Now i just have to figure out whats next.

Looks like you're going to have an exciting winter project ahead of you.

We look forward to seeing you at Carlisle again, which will probably be our big kickoff NELOC meet for '08.

Good luck with that Aristo Wiring Harness. I went down that road earlier this year. Not a pretty picture. My car is now running with a USDM-TT harness.

At this point, Im ready for the challenge. I have instructors that can help me if i hit a road block. Im just not sure if i should rebuild the turbos before i swap it in.

Congrats on the motor. I got one too that will be going in soon. I hope to make the 2K8 Carlisle with the new setup.

If I were you I would do as much maintenance, like rebuilding the turbos before the engine is in, this would help relieve many headaches down the road. Good luck and definitely keep us informed.
