Paintball challenge
Have you guys heard of Airsoft ?
I used to play paintball 2X a month from 91-03. Then the punk-*** little rich kids took over ... there as no honr left in the game, rampant overshooting and you had to have a ref call another player out.
Not to mention the dirt grime and PAINT that would get all over you gear, boots and CAR !
Airsoft is played basically the same way except that there is no paint mark (BTW tournament paint STAINS your expensive gear, it's designed to stain you you can't wipe = cheat)
Paintball and Airsoft differences:
paintball .68 cal gel covered paint / airsoft 6mm .12-.43 gram bb
paintball $99 for 2000 ***** / airsoft $7 for 2000 BBs
paintball $1000+ for 'high end' marker / airsoft $400 for 'high end' AEG

I'll gladly help set something up if the interest is there NOTE the Airsoft fields are closer to NYC than Jim Thorpe, PA

they look real but who would use them in the public....i was thinking about gettin a airsoft gun that was like 250bucks from a place on long island. but money ran short and never bought one. airsoft really is harmless if u wear clothing and its extremely fun.

Gotta bail on this one guys.
Wifey informed me last night that if our daughter's cheerleading squad places in the next competition (state finals), we'll be in Orlando that weekend for the National Competition. I won't know if we're going to FL until the end of this month so I wont really have a lot of lead time.

Doesn't look like the Tri State guys can get organized over there so I think we'll just try to do a NELOC meet. We just need 20 people to get our own field.
So I'm going to put up a poll to see what date works better, the 8th or the 15th for everyone.

Yep, that's a strong possibility but we should be able to come up with 20 on our own so we can get a couple of games in on a private field. After that, we can challenge any other team there and we'll still have a private field.
