Oh what a weekend!!!
Soup, I am really sorry for what happened with you on the way there(blew a tire), and Spyder, I know luck could not have gotten any worse. Glad things turned out OK for you (eventually). Sash, good call on turning around and going back,, bad luck seems to travel in 3's.
Soup - Blew out the sidewall of a tire at 85+, stranded on the side of the
road(I-78 West), painfully waited for tow truck to move car little
over 1/4 mile to nearest off ramp, would up having to drive back to
NY on 2 spare tires.
Spyder78- Not aware of any writeups(Spyder chime in), pulls to side of road
to help Soup (NELOC fashion), didnt realize he had locked the door on
his car, closed the door while helping soup change tires. Goes to get
back in and
keys are still inside,, doors locked. Anotherpainfully long wait to tow truck driver to come and unlock the car, pic
above is one of the friendly Pa state troopers scratching the trim
around the door trying to slim jim the door open.
Sash- Very aware of the Neloc Creedo, that bad luck travels in 3's. Decides
to scrap the trip, especially after the long wait for help to arrive for
the others. Group was still more than 250 miles away and it was well
after 2pm.
NYCKID- confirmed going on trip, however as I understand, was a no-show.
Great trip and Happy Belated Craig, sorry I couldn't even attempt this one since I'm out of commission for a little while.
Should be up and running for Hawk's Nest, can't wait to see everyone there.

Papi,, Craigs' B-day is in December. This was just an appreciation meet to let him know we appreciate his efforts for the extended length of travel that he does for us. It actually turned into an early anniversary meet for them. It is next week sometime.

Here is the brief run-down of what happened to the NY crew. I will let the members chime in themselves....

sorry i couldnt make it
Looks like a great turn out.. Trukn1 did a great job putting this meet together,
for you.
I would've loved to have made this one, but as Trukn and GSoup know, I ran into some problems with my new brakes on the GS. I'll post pics next week when I try to address the issue.
Kevin & Smitty, thanks for sharing the pics, shows some of the main reasons why NELOC is more like a big family
Kevin, rims are looking HOOOOTT. Nice choice. Smitty, car is coming along sweet.
Sorry to hear about the NY Crew, next time we'll roll big.

Thanks for the compliment bro. It is more a labor of love than one of acknowledgement. There will be plenty of other events to attend, so '08 is definately gonna be off da hook. LOl!! I know about the problem with those brakes,,, just cant break them in that way son,, gentle. Anyway,, Neloc is family!!! Time to bring that old school feeling back and pull it all together.
OK Joe, Craig,,,, our 24 hours is up!!!! Get them pics up. LOL!!!!

I'm not even sure where to start.... I just want to thank everyone that made it out and all of you that made the attempt. It was a great suprise and we had alot of fun. It was truly appreciated. Sorry it took so long to reply, much of the time has been spent trying to resize and upload pics ( apperantly Vista does not have the resize option, had to run a different program, and CL still won't let me upload multiple pics at once
) Oh well, I just cut some of the pics short for now.
Tony - first off, I should probably apologize for throwing the sponge at you, LOL. Thanks for getting everyone together, you all are still crazy for coming up here. And the cake, oh the cake.....
Joe - you spend entirely too much time behind a gaming console. The LS is looking and SOUNDING mean as can be.
Smitty - Just had a blast hanging out, shooting pool, and making fun. It's always a pleasure. Looks like we have another ES project to work on for a while. Thanks for coming up.
Kevin - The wheels are just wicked man. Still working on finishing the crab cakes (the best I've ever had) I'm glad you enjoyed the caravan route and the Japanese steak house. I'll save most of your pics for your wheel thread.
NYC- Sorry you guys ran into so much trouble, I really appreciate the fact that you guys planned on making the haul. Hope everyone gets fixed up soon.
Ok how about some pics....

Great to see you, man.... We should make it a point to do a Pittsburgh meet once a year, because I know if you actually PLAN for one, it will be a hecuva meet.
